I had my sister and nephew help me fill up the gas to make sure that I returned the truck with 3/8 of a tank. Mak repairs first wanted me to park the truck between 2 other vehicles. When I didn’t respond the woman said that they could park the truck. The woman said that they would check in the truck and send me an email receipt. Knowing it had the right amount of gas and the woman not wanting to check in the truck right then we went ahead and left. Later I got a receipt saying that the truck only had 1/8 of a tank which was a flat out lie. I was charged $101.65 for supposedly not having enough gas in the truck. Plus on Tuesday my sister had talked to Mak’s on if there was any leeway on returning the truck on Friday because of storms and tornadoes in the area. Again they lied and said that the truck cost $50 a day for extra days. My contract said that it was $40 a day. If this was my first time renting from uhaul I would never rent from you again. My experience in Texas was fantastic but in Indiana it was horrible
