I was told that i had until 8 PM to drop off the trailer and I would not be charged another day if I drop off after 5 pm. Was not true now I am being charged for two more days one of which I paid for already over the phone when I extended my rental.

Mark EIt can be a little bit of a challenge to get in and out of that property. I definitely recommend bringing at least one friend to help guide backing up to navigate the space. Ultimately, super convenient location for my needs, so totally worth the extra maneuvering, and I very much appreciate the local neighborhood UHaul spot! Thanks!

Michael WI placed my reservation a day prior only to be told that It wasn’t available..? The man who was working wasn’t happy after questions about the trailer after I told him I’m picking a large car. He started to act as if he didn’t speak English! If you ask a representative from a company question don’t act as if you don’t speak English. Straight Rudeness is what this establishment represents.
ARTURO CThe owner was friendly. The use of the app on the day I reserved the truck was a pain in the ass. Unfortunately I arrived late for pick up at the location. In order to modify contract, i was connected to.truck services I believe. It took 7min to wait to speak to an agent. From there it took literally 57min to complete the call and check out truck. That process is entirely too long and frustrating to individuals that have time constraints, and laborers ready to load truck for move. My fault for being late, but ridiculous to have to go through so many steps to modify service and be on the way. Steps such as taking a pic of ID and a pic of yourself should be allowed prior to pick up. Form.of payment is another item that could've been entered prior. In other words make those required contract steps available earlier so the customer can complete prior to pick up.
DANIEL BOverall, a very poor experience from start to finish with this location. Poor signage, very minimal conversation when I arrived as the first person to pickup the vehicle. When I returned, the location had closed (which I expected) and it was very poorly lit, very muddy in the parking lot and a 45 minute ordeal ensured with the Uhaul app which crashed and wouldn't advance to complete my vehicle return. I had called the 800# and could never get to an actual person despite being told by them previously, "the app is easy to use and you can return the vehicle with if its after hours". The app required multiple photos to be taken (what a hassle) as it was dark, muddy, not a particulary nice area to begin with and after 10 hours of moving, I had zero patience in this long drawn out process. The final amount due came up on the screen but I never got a confirmation it went through so I called the 800# again on my drive home to confirm I was actually finishing the process. I will not use this location again and think twice before renting from UHaul in the future.

Joe GI rent trailers regularly, first time this location came up as an offering. SO CONVENIENT like our own neighborhood place. quick and easy check out even quicker check in. Will look to choose this location for my next rental for sure, so close makes the chores so much easier.
TODD PWe rented a 10 ft $20 truck reserved for 24 hours was supposed to be like $60 we had the truck for 5 hours went maybe 15 miles tops and got charged almost $120 the guy never mentioned any fees or even the $160 hold that was out on my wife's card. Should of had better communication skills and told us about the hold and extra fees guess next time we move it's Ryder or Budget! Smh
LANETTE OAfter trying to reach this location by phone, no message, no recording. Called uhaul to verify this location was still operating and open. Was told they were and that they were open. Arrived at location to find that no one was there.and called a number posted on the door. Was told they were our of the country. Leave trailer there and take a picture very unprofessional.

RONALD LI was given the vehicle at just over half a tank of fuel, i drove the vehicle 20 miles round to get a mattress. I was charged $51 for 9 gallons of fuel. I did not use 9 gallons of fuel in my 20 mile trip. they filled their vehicle up with my card

Neil JGuy wanted me to park the trailer and truck for him, the lot was tiny. I had to some where, told him I couldn’t park it for him, he made it seem like I had to. Ended up leaving, while sitting at the light I look over and he’s driving the truck and auto transport over a set of wooden stairs. I’ve got photos of it in case he tries to say I damaged the rental. -robanly will never use U-Haul again sadly, this experience was just the worst. Think U-Haul should stop having these small little business represent the company and have actual U-Haul stores
Lawrence MReceived worn out 5x8 trailer with liquid stain/puddle on the interior. Trailer did not have functioning driving lights at night (faulty wiring). Location needs pavement (currently gravel roads) and updated equipment. However, service was adequate.
ROBERT MWebsite is misleading due to furniture dolly needed to move furniture inside truck is different from what was given. Originally reserved off Everett mall way And was routed away when I updated my time I found this out when I showed up at Everett mall way. I had to go across town that put me behind schedule which pressured me into getting a dolly to move up the ramp of the truck
JOETTE MEngine light was on the truck but it did run ok. The person renting me the truck told me to fill up the fuel from 1/8 tank and I would be reimbursed. I was only partially reimbursed.

KELLEE BVan was very dirty inside back and in cabin. Paint? Or white stuff everywhere on floors doors front and back. Dash/cup holder area was dirty and sticky. Also for future if renting for 4 hours and they close in 3 it would be beneficial to know before hand or let the customer do mobile check back in.

Colleen RHe did not have me sign anything so I had no paperwork. He appeared to be rushed and in a hurry, even though I returned the truck an hour earlier than anticipated. I was Over charged. He charged me $137.98 When the correct receipt is for $62.98 ** I’m waiting to be sent a receipt of credit that they owe me $75. ( which was tne over charge) I highly recommend he is more thorough and print out the paperwork so him and the Customer on the same page my drive was under 10 miles round-trip. Like I said no paperwork was provided and he overcharged me by $75.. I’m not happy with this location. ** I expect a refund this weekend and I hope that individual can become more professional like the other locations and print out paperwork that he has the Customer sign and he hand it to them before they even leave with the truck rental and has the time to go over the charges before the customer leaves.
