The equipment I was given had several issues from the moment I got it that made it a nightmare to drive and had to spend 4+ hours sitting around trying to get it fixed. The "fix" that was done helped with my main consern but did not really fix all the issues but by that point I didn't want to stop anymore. I would have liked a rental adjustment to lower the price of the rental because of the nightmare but just got an extra day for a truck that was already so bad I didnf want to drive more than I had to. I wouldn't recommend uhaul to anyone.

There is no way to tie down a vehicle The trailer is amazing. I had to go and get 4 car straps from a hardware store to hold the car on the trailer at a cost of 200 I have rented the same trailer in the past and there was chains included with the trailer So my rental was 300 2/3 over my budget

Catherine SMy only comment is that after hours drop off is a nightmare (UHaul policy, not the facility's). Trying to take MANY pictures in the dark before dropping off keys is a nightmare. I recommend trying to return vehicles during office hours!
