Uhaul is not the problem. Location of uhaul is the problem. Everett. I found the rented dolly stolen, back of uhaul smelt like cigarette, gas cap open, car died after taking pictures. Got gas, while refilling found out theres a hole in the fuel tank. While still inside the lot.
Simon MThe guy at the counter didnt know what he was doing and had to ask his dad. When I came back in and told them the fuel light was on he refused to put me in a different truck even though there were many present on the lot. Thankfully the gas station was close but when I tried to fill it the pump kept shutting off like it was vapor locking. I kept trying until it spit gas back out after I finally got 20.00 in it. I went to a second station and the same thing happened. I finally make to destination, the next morning I noticed a gas leak!!! GRRRRRR…….dropped the truck off at u-haul in Anecortes…..they offered no refund just gave me the number for customer service!! Ive come to realize there is no such thing as customer service anymore, its just robo machines bouncing you from push this number to push that number and in the end, o thing bust a waste of time and money. And to top it off, I booked online at 79.00 plus 16.00 for insurance and tax, but they charged me 139.00 plus insurance and tax….worst experience I have ever had with u-haul!
