Limited interaction with staff was pleasant. Disappointment was more to do with how the turn-in was processed- or in this case- not processed. Arrived and needed to turn in truck four days and was instructed to use after hour check-in through the app which we did. We turned in the truck and after four follow-up interactions through the Uhaul app to see why it was still listed as Active- It finally got vlosed out Four days later.

The vehicle was on empty and the location wasn’t open at 9a as advertised. Thankfully I wasn’t on a super tight timeline as I had to hit the gas station across the street before hitting the road. I was on the road at 9:20a after everything which impacted my timeline.
Brenda RMD appliances and furniture made the process much longer rather than at a regular uhaul location. They didn't ask me if I wanted coverage or confirm the miles or gas. just very unprofessional.

deanna mLocation was changed to MD Appliances and I could not pick up the truck at the time I requested. Delayed us by two hours, was supposed to pick up at 9:00 am could not pick up until 11 am. The truck was clean, but ran very rough and did not handle hills very well. Also, I think if you do a one way rental and return early you should be given some kind of credit for returning early.
