Mark BThe check in process took longer than expected. I didn’t realize I would have to document the truck prior to driving away. Also, I had some challenges trying to verify my number as the primary person. I already did that when I reserved it. The app said my phone number was already in use. So I had to use my wife’s number for primary and then my number for her as the emergency contact. Anyways, it all worked out so I’m glad that there is 24/7 availability for U-Haul. Makes life much easier when moving. I’ll use U-Haul again.
Benjamin AFamily business and proud of it. Late night on a Sunday and weee able to take back my rental with a smile, which was great to see after a long day of moving my mother from Houston to Fort Worth in one day.
WILLIAM CI paid for an appliance dolly that we really needed but it wasn’t included when we picked up the truck. That’s my only complaint.

Moussa MWhen I arrived at 4:30PM on a weekday there was no one at the business. The business is in a poorly selected area where parking trailers especially larger trailers can be very challenging due to the number of other vehicles. It is also either a dead end or other cars blocking the end of the parking lot. The phone number that U-Haul provide on the contract is also a non working number. Horrible experience

Michael SThere is nothing to improve. The owners went above and beyond to help me in a pinch. When a national moving company didn't take all of the items from our home as they were contracted to do, owners Mr. Marcus and Mrs. Daphne, got me into a truck and Mr. Marcus drove the truck to the residence, helped me load up the items the moving company didn't get onto their truck the day prior. Mr. Marcus and I got all of the overflow items onto the uhaul and a Big Green Egg grill from the back patio just in enough time before the new homeowners arrived for their walk through. If it weren't for their help, all of my husband's office equipment, the grill and other important and expensive items would have become the new owners property. If I could give them a rating of 1000% Satisfaction, I most certainly would. My husband and I are so grateful to you both for helping us. Thank God for you both. If you need a uhaul, look no further.

Walter WI picked up the truck on the weekend, when the location is closed, and had to use the app to do self-pickup. There is nothing wrong with this location, everything was well organized and well instructed. It was just that my cell phone signal (T-Mobile) did not send in appropriate location to start the pickup process. Once I switched to AT&T, everything went smoothly.
Trung PI've rented several times from MD Brigham Enterprises and have been awesome to work with and super helpful with everything. They took a lot of the pain out of moving.

Alicia HOverall the service was good from this location. The only thing I am not satisfied with is it is difficult to get a hold of them by phone, and the day we turned the vehicle in (Friday), it showed they were open until 6 p.m. and when we arrived at 5:20 p.m., they were already closed. As a result, we had to use the Mobile App for the return, which in itself was a bit of a pain, but we figured it out, and the transaction went smoothly. All and all it was a good experience.

TONNIE EI have absolutely nothing but great things to say about this uhaul location!we reserved a truck at a different location and from the get go it was a big hassle. I called this location and she not only helped us but cancelled the previous reservation. This is a family run location and even when we had a miscommunication they were friendly and solved the problem . We were even late bringing the truck back and they were so understanding and accommodating! Great customer service still exists! Thank you Daphne Monica and Daphnes husband! Very nice location!

Stephen FFor being my first time i have some question on how renting a truck goes. I spoke to Daphne and she was great helping every step of the way. Customer service was 10/10. And truck was very clean. Everything was very easy with Daphne’s help.
Yancy JThe couple that runs this place is very friendly. However, they left around 5pm instead of their advertised 6pm because they didn’t think anyone else was coming for the day. We didn’t receive the codes we needed when we made our appointment online. We had to call them and wait for them to come back to assist us. They had to call someone else to figure out why we hadn’t received lock box codes when we signed up. We rented a truck for 4 hours and due to them leaving early and the online errors…we didn’t get to drive off the lot until almost 40 minutes after our reservation started, cutting into our 4 hour time slot. Luckily, I took photos of the gas tank before we left and of us dropping off the keys when we arrived back, over an hour before our 4 hour time period. Because they charged us for late drop off and $30 for gas. If we hadn’t had those photos we would not have gotten our money back. They did correct the errors and again were super friendly…but I won’t be using this location again.
