Hell no I wouldn’t recommend this location to a mother because I had 🫀🫀My Daughter🫀🫀 with me while I was returning the U-Haul and I wouldn’t know I would not recommend this location to a man in hell. The U-Haul was a dirty, and there were not clear transparent communication when it comes to getting in the U-Haul and needing to ask for any type of customer service because the door bell on the garage door that they use was out of order so I was beating at the door with my phone after calling numerous of times for no one to answer after 1000 times calling I do not agree with the $25 cleaning fee because the truck was not clean when I got it horrible experience

The owner helped me navigate through the app and get everything worked out for me. It's a really, really close location for me and was very affordable.
Matthew MThe rental process was fully remote and no visible person on site to assist if needed. The trucks were clearly viewable so we were able to find the location that way, but there was limited signage for anyone looking for assistance in-person. We found the office door located for this address (the suite number given said it was for a graphic design place) and there was a ring doorbell available for those who might need in-person assistance, but the doorbell was damaged and there was no button to actually press/ring. If you are fully capable of doing remote only for the process it would've been mostly-straight forward! Not the most user friendly experience overall, but the truck was in good condition upon rental.
Casey LNothing could be improved. I backed up, the Uhaul representative connected the trailer to my truck. He made a call to Uhaul to confirm my pick up and I was on my way.
