The location is in a building with a gravel lot and bonds bailman sign on the door and security mesh on the windows. Very sketchy looking. But the attendant was helpful and got me an email receipt right away.

Don't remember the guys name, who worked on December 27th but, i was so impressed with him. My overall experience was awesome and if i ever need to move or any of my friends have to move i will definitly reccommend this location. GREG LWe were charged for insurance we did not request. It appears the attendant added it when we included a Furniture Dolly, even though we clearly stated we did not want insurance. The attendant’s communication was unclear and not very helpful, which made the checkout process frustrating. This is a third-party U-Haul rental location, and the return process was difficult—the parking area was extremely tight, making it challenging to maneuver the trailer back into place. We were ultimately able to move the items we needed to, so the trailer served its purpose. However, the overall experience—from the checkout interaction to the return logistics—was not great, and I would be cautious about renting from this location in the future.
