The building exterior and entrance need improvements. If it were not for me wanting to support business in the neighborhood, I would have turned around and left when I pulled up to the building and as I entered it. The equipment was fine and ready early. So from a delivery perspective, I was pleased. I'd like to see some investment in the infrastructure.
