Have your other nearby locations improve on professionalism, customer service , greeting incoming potential customers. They can definitely learn from this site. Even with all U-Haul system being down at the time, we visited three nearby U-Haul locations and this one by far exceeded my expectations. They were courteous, constantly updating us on transaction delay, offered water and a comfortable seating area. The young gentleman and lady were great. The other locations offered a quick glance upon entering the location and went back to being on their personal cell phone while repeating to all of us, state is down. No smile, no further interaction. This forced me to reserve the U-Haul equipment myself online.

There were 2 other customers with reservations also waiting. And I still had to return the truck at the originally requested time so I didn’t get to do everything I needed to do
Mary HStart with your website and app. They suck. Checking took an hour! This location: - told tank was 1/2 full, it was 1/4 full - I took photo of that, notified agent - I drove 15 miles, put 2 gallons in - Charged $30 fuel fee - I will be going back today to dispute the other charges ($150 total for 6 hours of a truck advertised for $19.95/day) including the one it took to do all the initial pictures, get the equipment.
