Being left stranded in the heat with no resolution or assistance from U-Haul while on a time crunch to catch a flight is unacceptable. It is disappointing that U-Haul did not provide the level of service and support that you needed during this difficult time. Given the circumstances i had to endure, requesting a full refund for all the troubles and inconvenience you experienced is a reasonable request. I hope that U-Haul acknowledges their shortcomings and provides me with a satisfactory resolution.
ROMAN GIt’s a nice environment to book uhaul inside a convenience store, I liked it. A dedicated uhaul office inside the store would make it better.

Parag JThis was out of the way for us but it was the only available truck. The service was great the people were friendly and courteous. Noite the latch on the truck was not in good condition something that one could not easily see till one started driving.
