Reserved a cargo van in advance, found out at the pick up time that I can't pick it up, struggled with customer service for an hour to get the 10ft truck. When checking in, found out the truck was behind another truck. Struggled another 30 mins to get another truck at another location. All in all, it took me almost 2 hours to get a truck.

Beatriz DCustomer service and whoever is in charge needs to be able to be contacted! I came back in it’s the truck and no one barely had knowledge the lady at the front of the GROCERY STORE didn’t give me the time of day, until I asked a customer who spoke Spanish as well.
Tashaay GWe had reserved the truck 2 weeks in advance to be able to pick up from a location much closer to our former home. It was very inconvenient having to go and get the truck from a significantly further away location, so that we could have a truck at the time we asked for upfront. Kind of frustrating when you can literally see the exact truck from a different one of your facilities nearly right across from our old home, only to be told we will need to go drive a half hour elsewhere to get one, even though we’d had a reservation.
