They were very kind, but we had multiple issues. They didn’t write in the return location that we had agreed on before we left. We weren’t given any paperwork so when we went to check it in, we had a hard time since it was after hours. We use the dropbox to return the key. The next day we received an email saying our truck was not returned. I spent 45 minutes, trying to resolve this. I had to call the Main U-Haul number. That lady was extremely kind and helpful but when she transferred me at the end of our 15 minute conversation, she transferred me to the wrong place. I had to explain all of this again. This lady had a snotty attitude from the beginning, but she did end up helping me. She gave me the number to the place that we returned it to then I had to call that location and explain it again. The carpet Brothers hardware was nice and helpful and had my truck logged in within 15 minutes.
