Great friendly and helpful service.
SCOTT FThe cargo van rented was not cleaned out from the previous user. There were screws, pieces of debris, and packed snow in the cargo area. It obviously was not swept. Otherwise, the rental did the job and the rental process was efficient and friendly.
AUBREY FI told the customer service representative upon picking up the truck that the tire pressure seems incorrect, he said its fine and soon as I drove a couple kms the engine light came on and i had to call the roadside assistance, fortunately the was already at the old address but O had already loaded the van up to the brim. The roadside assistant guy said just take it slowly back to the shop and get another wait, he didn't wait either and disappeared right after I kpst 4 hours due to these shenanigans and lost daylight on a snowing day. We ended up leaving a lot of the stuff just because the customer rep didn't had the courtesy to even come and check my concern as i was taking out the van.

My LHorrible company. I rented a mid-size car for $30 + $1.59 per mile. I drove 37 miles in 5 hours, and they charged me $138.85. I filled up with 12 liters of gas, and they added another 20 liters to my bill. I can't believe they get 32 liters of gas for 37 miles. This company is ripping people off, so I don't recommend them to anyone. Also, they had summer tires, and there was knee-deep snow outside.

Zewei TUnfortunately, I do not recommend this place because the information provided did not match the final payment outcome. The rate was stated as $1.10 per kilometer, but in the end I was charged $1.59 per kilometer. Additionally, the checklist was completed by the attendant, who unfortunately marked the fuel gauge incorrectly. It did not reflect the actual condition in which the vehicle was returned. This situation caused me discomfort, and I tried to dispute it, but unfortunately I was unable to prove that the attendant acted like it was my fault.

Also he missed my contact when entering my details as such he couldn’t reach me when he wanted to and scolded and raised his voice on me when I returned the truck. The experience there was very terrible.

CLAUDIO SA few hours after I returned the van, an employee from the store called my cell number (from the uhaul booking) accusing me of taking some chocolate bars from the store. As he started looking more into it he realized that the person of interest wasn't me at all. In the future avoid accusing innocent customers of theft.

Jack PThere was garbage in the cab of the truck rental. The parking lot is poorly laid out, thankfully the rentals are off to the side. When I arrived the dolly that I had rented was not guaranteed which was very aggravating. Thankfully they found one, but it was a tense several minutes.

SUDEEP PI am disputing the charges on my rental (Contract #86560773). There are two clear mistakes: 1. Fuel charge ($91.15 / 53L): • I only drove 91 km total. • I refueled $20 of gas before returning the truck. • When I picked it up, the tank was not full, and I returned it at the same level. • It is impossible that such a short distance consumed 53 liters of fuel. I did not leave the vehicle running, nor did I use the A/C. 2. Late return: • I returned the truck only one hour late, not a full day. • I do not accept being charged for a full day or any excessive penalty for this. Frankly, I am very frustrated. The charges do not reflect my actual usage or my return time. Please review this issue carefully and refund the incorrect charges. I have attached my rental receipt and gas purchase receipt for your review. Thank you, Ezgi Yilmaz
EZGI YThe lot that I was to return to was overflowing with trucks, and trucks with parking tickets on them. It was a disaster, and unattended, on a Sunday evening, so I couldn't resolve anything. I had to wing it and took it around the corner where I saw other U-Haul trucks, and was able to park it there, thankfully. I don't want to ever go back to Livingstone location!

LORREINE JDear U-Haul Customer Service, I’m writing to express my frustration with a recent rental experience and the lack of resolution despite multiple attempts to reach your team. At the time of online checkout, I left a detailed message explaining that I did not agree to the total amount charged, as the location I selected did not have the dolly I reserved. I was forced to drive to another location to retrieve it. Additionally, the truck I received was extremely dirty, which added to the inconvenience. Despite leaving that message and being told I would receive a call and compensation within 72 hours, I have not heard from anyone. Yesterday, I waited over 3 hours on your customer service phone line without being able to speak to a representative. That time was wasted, and the issue remains unresolved. Furthermore, I returned the dolly I eventually picked up, but I have no confirmation that the return was properly processed—again, due to being unable to reach a representative. If U-Haul does not review or respond to the messages left at the online checkout page, then why offer that option to customers in the first place? I am asking for this issue to be escalated and for a prompt response regarding a refund or compensation. Please confirm that my dolly return was processed correctly and provide clarity on the charges. Contract no: 83984832
HAKAN OThe drivers area was dirty, had empty food containers and some trash here and there. Plus I was charged for a appliance dolly by mistake (who's refund is in process) Overall it would be a 6 out of 10 but , its easy pick up and drop one of the fastest I would say

ABIOLA OWe had to change the location 3 times. The first one at 333 eglinton east and when i tried to process the mobile pick up it suddenly said the reservation was cancelled without even letting me know before. Then i book another one at 467 cosburn ave and that one also was failed because they said its open until 8 but they left at 7:30 and didn't let me pick up the truck and they send me to another location in west side. The whole process was frustrating and for someone like me that was in a rush it was not pleasant. Finally we picked up the truck but it didn't have the equipment we asked for. Overall I don't think I would use this service again and I am about to call the customer service to tell them about my experience and my complain. 0/10

todd mTo rent a track was easy and convenient. There were some graffiti words sprayed on the walls of the track and it was embarrassing for me to use such an equipment. It would be respectful to the U-haul customers to clean the equipment before renting it out. Thank you for your service and much success to your business.

CHARLES EI rent all over the city. Don't miss this location. Great staff. Simple check in and out (go for the in person option, it's always better and easier). This location has never tried anything sneaky. Always dependable and great people. After over half a decade of using this location, I'd give them a 6 out of 5.
BRETT BI dropped the keys off before my cut off time and the guy at the counter didn't log that I returned it at that time, so I got charged another day because he logged it in an hour later. However, when taking out the van, he was very helpful with my registration.

WILLIAM MThe staff is friendly, but I don't think I've ever gotten a van that was really clean or had more than 3/4 of a tank of gas from this location. They also claim to charge extra for help moving the vehicles, but vehicles are sometimes parked in extremely tight spots or only very tight spots are available when returning. It's probably not the best place to go if you aren't super comfortable driving large vehicles around.
