We had to wait for more than an hour for the truck I reserved to be returned and the location did not have the equipment I reserved (dolly + blanket), forcing us to drive to another, larger location about a mile away and spend more time renting these on a separate contract. This is after my original pick-up location was changed to this one by you. You should have changed it to the much larger location nearby, not this one.
