This location was not where I was supposed to pick up the truck. My location was changed the day before I was to pick it up, from 4 miles away to 20 miles. I had a take a $60 Uber ride to get to the location vs a coworker taking me to the original location. When I got to the new location, they had no truck for me, nor did they know about my reservation. After 20 minutes of trying to get someone at UHaul to answer the phone, I was able to get a new reservation at yet again, another location and another $25 Uber ride to get to the new location. Absolutely unacceptable experience.
