Quick service for a same day rental. Took a bit longer at check-in than I was expecting given only renting a trailer but it wasn't too long. Just wish there had been one of the trailers I needed a bit closer to home, but that's a minimal issue.

The only problem I had was the online information on trailer inside dimensions 12' 3". Or 147" long. The actual length is only 137" long. I wasn't able to fit a ladder in the trailer. That was the purpose of the rental. Not as wide inside as stated either.

Truck was the cleanest and nicest I have ever rented from U-Haul. Excellent job from front office service to returning a vehicle. Office personnel was very thorough and explaining everything to me. Great job Highly recommend this facility.

To make sure that you have window washing fluid and not water.., it was totally Frozen made driving very difficult since I had to manually clean windshield to see where I was going...-13 degrees... For that reason I would rate it poor and unsafe to drive....

Drop off location was changed after I picked up the trailer and only notification was by text. When I tried to drop off the trailer at the location on my signed contract they told me to take it to the location it was changed to or pay $50 fee.

Your online system kept telling me what I needed was only available in Montgomery or aurora. Luckily I was able to call ELBURN location directly and they did have a trailer in store. Elburn uhaul is great your system inventory is not the greatest.

Alli is the best and deserves a raise/promotion. I left a painting in the Uhaul that I didn’t even know I left. She texted me a picture and asked if I wanted to pick it up. 10/10 customer service.

Clean and functional truck ready for us and UHaul forgiving of our late return of truck, but the rental booking online/via smartphone experience was not a functional one. All instuctions were clear, but... There were glitches during pick up (UHaul site would not accept my wife's cell number as secondary contact) and at drop off (the UHaul site would not accept my photo of the dashboard, telling me "picture is too old"). People who own Rental Pick Up Location were very helpful over phone at time of pick up. I will use them again.

I request the truck 9 to 3 and anybody was there for solution to me , I have to wake almost 11 for somebody attend the phone and give me the key code . Because I don’t receive any text either or email .

There was a major issue with our rental, this was the second contract we had to create in the same day in order to actually get a truck for our move, even though we had placed the original order well over a month before we needed the truck. On the day before, we had to find out for ourselves that the original truck was not going to be ready at 8am as we had scheduled it, but 115pm. That was annoying in itself, but when we went to go pick up the truck at 115pm, there was no truck for us, and when they contacted the people who had the truck we were supposed to get, they were told the truck wasn't going to be returned that day, and it didn't matter that we didn't get one then. The people at the original pick up location were very nice, but were unable to find us a truck themselves since the traffic person actually at U-Haul wasn't responding, so we had to find this truck ourselves. Once we got this truck, it worked, but the U-Haul experience itself was awful. If they weren't the cheapest moving truck company by far, I would never use them again!! I guess we can see why they're so cheap...

6x12 trailer needs a jack as it is too heavy for older person to lift off a ball hitch.

The best thing you could do is keep Alli!!! She is wonderful!! Alli is quick to reply back to any messages or calls. I have rented trucks from this location 4 or 5 times in the last year, every time has been without problems and I walked away pleased after each rental. Keep up the great customer service :)
