The truck had problems starting the engine, and the car was new. I didn’t have time to look for a new one, I noticed the problem as soon as I picked it up and when we loaded it up and got ready to go to the second location, I spent 20 minutes to start the engine
Vadym UParking lot was tight and sketchy. I ordered a dolly with the vehicle and it wasn't there, but my pickup time was before the store opened so there was nothing to be done about it. Also the right side view mirror couldn't move with the buttons so you had to move it with your hand.
Randolph BKey lock box couldn't be opened because it was locked.
Michael CCheck engine is on. Reservation 28005375 . I was at the location and I was not on the list. I had trouble finding other car. After hour location is a big hassle and I could not retrieve the car/. In the document that you send to me was other location. You have no ideea what is in your store. I'll not recomed you.

Petru SI booked and paid for a dolly, but unfortunately, this location had their dolly taken, so they didn't have one for me. She was very helpful in advising me to contact U-Haul and get one from another pick up location but I didn't have time, unfortunately.
Lorimer SThe attitude of the lady looking after it was horrible. When I went to return the van and I asked to come and verify the finishing mileage and fuel level, she told me that she was too busy. She was actually filing her nails. She told me to leave and I will receive an email. I drove the vehicle for 18kms and put 8$ worth of fuel and yet, I was charged over $4 extra. Never again will I use this location.

Daniel BProprietor provided excellent customer service, as did U-Haul online and phone CSRs. Two concerns - I couldn't get the black lockbox open to drop off the key - even with help of CSR on the phone, who made a note on file and agreed that I should put the van key through the door mailslot as the proprietor would be arriving in 30 minutes. Also, the parking lot is uneven and there's a pavement break with a 5-6" drop quite near the van's parking spot.

JESSICA VI requested a dolly but U Haul does not provide one. Was charged $7.00 which I never got. Never requested a tarp, but was charged. We drove only 50 kilometres but was charged in the estimated invoice 61 kilometres. We have proof by taking photo of the start & when we dropped of the U Haul van. I hope you will correct the above mention if not be assured I will be calling your customer service rep.,
emmanuel sThere were many problems with this location. 1- They deducted money for the coverage even I did not ask for it. 2- I used the van for only 8 km, and filled up the tank to the same level of gas as it was when I got it. But, they charged me for gas twice (+$50!) 3- They did not have a dolly but charged me for it! 4- The staff is not friendly. Avoid this place at any cost! The worst experience that I ever had.
Shima AI ordered furniture dolly, but it was missing when I picked up a van. Moreover, I was charged for the dolly, which was not even inside the van.
PAVLO LThey did not do a walk through before or after, they said I did not put gas in, when I put more in than I used. They charged my card DOUBLE what it should have been for gas. Rip off, I will NEVER go there again. Called them as soon as I saw my bill, they said sorry yes you put gas in, contact U-haul, I contacted U-haul, they said contact the store, I called the store and left messages they never called me back. $60 theft. Do not rent from this location.
Dianne CCounter person did not get out to check vehicle and was told she will just email the receipt. Once I got the email she changed us Insurance and safety trip which when booking we declined and she never asked at the counter. Not very happy with this location. We have rented from uhaul several times in the past and this is the first time that we used this location and very disappointed with the outcome.
