Top 5 rudest service I've ever had. She was late opening, yelled at us to do it ourselves, and then gave us attitude when we asked her to show us how to access. The return was even colder than the pick-up. The only positive was that the van was clean and well-kept. Never going back there again, I'd rather go further away where I might get some decent customer service
