I was contacted by customer service to tell me my pick up location had changed but drool off was the same from my reservation. I went to the new pick up location. The cashier was on Facebook live not focused on the customers. They only had one cashier who didn’t really know what she was doing. The place was packed and she kept telling me to do it on my phone like she didn’t want to help me. They charged me for a dolly that wasn’t in the truck. I did get a refund for that eventually. This whole experience from pick up to drop off was terrible..as well as the issues I had with customer service not communicating properly..

I was very disappointed in the amount of trucks they had to offer and the fact that I drove off and one that had no AC and when I called, there was nothing that could be done other than give me a smaller truck in which I would have used more mileage. I was very disappointed with the whole ordeal and called in to make a ticket for a complaint to see if something can be done in regards to what I paid.

My reservation was at 10:30 am and I get the first call at 9:36 asking if I was going to pick up the truck. I replied yes I have it reserved for 10:30 I will be there before then to pick up. I get a second call at 10am saying my reservation was for 10am and they can only hold it for 15 min and after I corrected her and said she had just called me to confirm my 10:30 and I would be there before then to get the truck. When I arrive she has already entered someone else’s ID into the system trying to rent it to someone else even though she had called me twice confirming my reservation. She is then unable to remove said persons ID and I’m now having to sit and wait while she is trying to fix the mess she has created. So I finally at almost 11am get the keys to the truck and I’m able to go use the truck. Highly unsatisfied with how I was treated. I’m unsure I will use a uhaul ever again in the future.
