I went to pick up rental and there was barely any gas in the tank (1/16) to be exact. I feel like there should be more gas to get you somewhere before you start moving. Then the cab of the truck was already dirty and after return I was charged a $25 cleaning fee. I called the rental location and I was told that the truck was cleaned prior to us picking it up. I kindly asked them to look at the photos submitted before we left that clearly shows the dirty cab along with my note that states that. I will stick with renting from an actual U-haul facility and not a mom & pop location.

The cashier checking us out was live-streaming on TikTok. I felt super uncomfortable when I had to give my email, phone number, and address to her and realized everyone could hear my information.
Yaneli BFirst of all. The store was closed and for that reason I can not rated them. I am very disappointed by U-HAUL costumer service I was call 2 times to relocate my pickup I was never aware that the store ( Macias ) was not open till 9 am and I have schedule for 8am. A manager reached out to me saying that I was granting $20 discount for all the trouble I had picking up the truck and now that discount didn’t exist on my check out as she promised me that was going to happen on my check out. Very disappointed by U-HAUL.
Jose GI was contacted by customer service to tell me my pick up location had changed but drool off was the same from my reservation. I went to the new pick up location. The cashier was on Facebook live not focused on the customers. They only had one cashier who didn’t really know what she was doing. The place was packed and she kept telling me to do it on my phone like she didn’t want to help me. They charged me for a dolly that wasn’t in the truck. I did get a refund for that eventually. This whole experience from pick up to drop off was terrible..as well as the issues I had with customer service not communicating properly..
CHELSEA EI was very disappointed in the amount of trucks they had to offer and the fact that I drove off and one that had no AC and when I called, there was nothing that could be done other than give me a smaller truck in which I would have used more mileage. I was very disappointed with the whole ordeal and called in to make a ticket for a complaint to see if something can be done in regards to what I paid.
