Communication is lacking. First location didn't have our truck and didn't notify us. Then sent us to this location and even though I called to notify them we would not be there at noon, they still called me and threaten to give the truck to someone else if I didn't call back immediately. My only issue is U-Haul corporate had to change my rental location and they didn't tell me that an 8am pick up had to use "Scan and Go" pickup, because the office didn't open until 9am. So I had to wait an hour, which could have been avoided.MICHAEL JOSEPH T.

First off the truck i wanted was a ten foot and they didn't have one but when I reserved it online I was guaranteed to have it. Then it was very dirty inside, had to sweep it out and the front sitting area was sticky with spilled drink. Couldn't even see out windshield I had to go to gas station to clear it off. My experiences with U-Haul have never been a good one. This last one topped it off. I rented a box truck and a appliance dolly to be picked up after hours through the app. I picked up the truck and went to my destination to find out the dolly wasn't in the truck. I called corporate because the store was closed and they told me no locations were open for me to go pick one up. I was picking up appliances that had to be picked up during that time or I would miss out on it. So they noted my account so the manager could see it but when I went in to the location Berry the manager was not helpful and refused to help even with the notes all he said he could do is refund the $10 for the dolly. He was rude and as a manager he should have tried to do something for the mistake they made. I bought a dolly for $80 that night because of this mistake even a $10 off would have been okay but no he kept repeating I can only refund the dolly. Finally when I started recording the situation he then called his supervisor that was supposed to call me back but never did. When you go into a business you should be helped not brushed off. I will never recommend or use U-Haul again after the horrible service I received and receive every time I use them.Joey Y.

Reserved a 4x8 trailer 8 days in advance got there the pick up date and the 4x8 tires were bald and not drivable, I went out and looked at 5x8 and the tires were worse than 4x8. Then the guy there told me I would have to call another place, I asked him if he had the number he said I would have to look it up, I said I'm leaving in 3 hours. Dash lights, warning lights have a short, so were continually flashing off and on. Sliding door was so rusted that my daughter sprained her wrist trying to close it. Inside was filthy, including cab. Had to clean inside of glass to see when sunny. Power steering doesn't work at low speeds. Brakes whine when depressed. Passenger window crank broken. Lots of vibration at moderate speeds. Also, while my car was parked in their parking lot, someone hit the front of my car white a white vehicle.VICKI MARIE R.

I had excellent service with this U-haul location. I think that the price of miles should be a little cheaper, or maybe offer discount prices at a flat rate until they reach a certain amount of miles. Then charge by the mile after they pass the miles with the flat rate. Other than the price of miles, this U-haul is excellent.Janet M.

I did have an issue with the windshield. It had been sprayed with some sort of product, I'm assuming it was disinfectant, and it was never cleaned afterwards. This made driving a bit dicey, as it left a cloudy film on the window. Otherwise, the truck was very clean.CHRISTINA LOUISE W.

The truck cab was dirty inside, I wiped down the steering wheel and dash, and the driver's side door. All were quite dirty. Otherwise, the truck was in good condition and good working order. I had originally reserved the truck at a nearer location, Wise Buys at Gratiot and New Haven Rd, they changed my reservation the night before and failed to notify me.
