Picked up a filthy truck — I have photos to prove it. When I called the Chesterfield office about it, the person I spoke with made me feel like I was being called a liar. He said he would call me back after receiving the pictures of the dirty truck. He never called back. His only offer was $25 off my next rental. When I told him that was unacceptable and asked what he would charge me if I returned a dirty truck, he said as much as $1,000. I asked him if he thought his offer was fair. A $25 credit against a $1,000 cleaning fee is an insult. Avoid this location.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkEverything went very smoothly. I only rented the truck for a few hours. I can't think of anything that needed improvement.
