Only issue is that we had to use an adapter for lights. They sometimes went on and off during travel.

I asked for a dolly, but didn't receive one. I ended up not even needing it, so it worked out. I would go into greater detail about the dolly with customers.

Dropped off Uhaul after hours but there was no key drop whatsoever. This location was also the original pick-up location but the vehicle/van was not there when I scheduled the pick up. I had to drive 1.5 hours to a different Uhaul location (Aberdeen, SD) to pickup the van.

my 5 by 8 trailer was beat up & dirty on the outside, Inside was OK but if I tow any UHaul again it will be the larger 4-wheel trailer

The staff was. Very very rude, They didn't want to help you.And he just seemed like he wanted to argue instead of helping me. Then I think he took it out.On me because he charged me $30 to put fuel in the truck. Which was a total fifty dollars total with gas. When it was perfect it, The way I left it. The was gas tank amount was exactly what they gave me, About three eighths.He Did thisThis just so he can make a thirty dollars. Why isn't it the tank full when I pick it up trying to figure that exact amount is ridiculous? He just wanted to charge me an extra fifty dollars because he was a bad guy. The gauge barely even moves if you put in five gallons, I wonder how many times he gets away with this.I will never go back to that guy again.He gives U-haul a bad name. U-haul You should call me so we can discuss this.
