I had to drive over 100 miles just to get to that location to pickup the equipment. The trailer was not completely as described as the video showed and instructed how to used the straps for tie down of my equipment, they actually had chains. It worked for me for hauling my Chevy Avalanche. The truck was fine except driving the speed limit was impossible as the whole truck shook so bad I couldn’t go faster than 55mph. It really would have been nice to have the equipment at the location I asked for a month in advance. As it was, no one contacted me about not having the truck where I lived and since I happened to call and was told no equipment there, I got the run around about where I had to go to get what I wanted. It could have been a disaster as I had to be out of my sold home 2 days after pickup. Needless to say the aggravation was not appreciated. Compensation really was not enough because of that.

It was a horrible experience. 102 outside no air-conditioning in the truck, windows didn't roll down . My son had a heat stroke/vomiting from Driving. Was supposed to get a call from a supervisor within 72hrs never got a call. The quote online is very misleading. I got a quote for $160.00 and ended up paying 500.00. I will not recommend this company. After using the online chat there is supposed to be a formal complaint put in for the 3 time. The store manager also did one. I am supposed to hear from someone. We'll I am not holding my breath on anything with this company.
