This is a gas station. When I walked inside, the clerk asked for the key. He did a quick walk-through, and we were on our way quickly.

Susan AThis truck was filthy on the inside floor of the storage part of the truck. This was not something we were prompted to check out before we left. It had a black film of some kind that got all over our furniture & belongings. As a result, it left the same black smut on the “BRAND NEW” that we moved out belongings into! We will have to pay get the carpets cleaned. I plan to file a claim with UHaUL. I am very disappointed!

Aaron CIt’s a convenient gas station with folks loitering in the parking lot. My wife felt unsafe sitting in our car as I performed the drop off procedures and dropped off the key with the station attendant.
DENNIS RThe sole employee had only 5 days working the U-Haul process and had no idea of how to hook up the auto trailer to my truck. Whoever owns that U-Haul business should have fully trained her or had someone to assist that knew how to properly hook up the trailer. I don't blame her, she was new and working as the gas station clerk as well.
CHRISTOPHER PTruck was filthy, no blankets, furniture dolly were even available as I indicated online. Very disappointed. Truck ran well, but that was it.
John OThe individual who connected the trailer to the car failed to tighten the bolt properly and it bounced off on the highway. The inexperienced renter was alone and needed a Samaritan who passed him on the road to help reattached and reconnect the trailer to his car. We were extremely fortunate the trailer was not loaded and not on a major highway. The staff at the drop off location was far more proactive and experienced.
David HFirst, there is not a Uhaul rep onsite. It's a convince store and the cashier had to call someone else, who had to call Uhaul corporate and call the cashier back. Second, no one have checked to verify that everything I had reserved was present. The appliance dolly was not present and all the guy on the phone could say is "don't worry you weren't charged for it". I had driven 4.5 hours to pickup this reservation and I needed that dolly. Finally, I was told I could drive to another location over 30 minutes away to get a dolly. I did not have over an hour to waste going out of my way to get a dolly. Instead, I went 2 minutes down the road to Lowe's and purchased a furniture dolly. I'll never need to rent one from you again.
Gerald SGas station locations don’t seem to care on the cleanliness of the trucks
RICHARD Sone person behind the counter of a convenience mart, so it takes a long time and the line gets long. has to manage too many tasks at the same time to give full attention.
Michael BThe mobile app did not work for me on check in or return. Luckily, the clerks working at Chevron were very helpful and took care of it manually each time.

Sherin GParking location was limited. A parked car blocking part of the available parking spots made backing into the parking spot not an option.
Richard MThe location was convenient but it is a gas station and they were busy. So the attendant didn’t really have time to answer my questions and was distracted by his other customers in the station. It definitely seemed that they liked having the additional revenue of the U-Haul but they don’t like actually servicing the U-Haul customers.

WILLIAM HThey did not have the truck I reserved. Once they found out I was going to receive another truck, they wanted to charge me the wrong amount. When I told them the amount was wrong, I had to call corporate back to get corporate to change the rate. The rental person then wanted me out of there as quickly even telling me to get my own furniture pads out of the storage closet.
JOHN IThe person at the pickup location was not familiar with how to check me out. As part of the process, he took a picture of my credit card (which I thought he was using for payment verification) which is concerning. A yellow warning light was illuminated on the dash (shaped like an engine) and a message indicating to check the gas cap (which I did but which did not fix the problem) was also present. Prior to checking the vehicle out, I spoke with three U-Haul representatives by phone (one through 800-GO-U-HAUL, one in roadside assistance to whom I was transferred, and one local dispatch (?) to whom the 2nd person referred me). While each of these U-Haul representatives was very friendly, none could offer timely assistance with respect to whether the warning light and/or gas cap message were material concerns and/or reason to not take the truck. As far as the truck goes, it was not clean and did not contain the equipment I requested (two dozen blankets and an appliance dolly).
BRENTON RThe clerk did not know how to handle the drop off early. Made me leave a credit card even though we had one on file.

Amy ECashier had no idea what she was doing. The 2 wheeler and blankets in the truck had no zip tie on them, the tie down piece of wood at the front of the truck was laying on the bed of the truck. Had an EXTREMELY hard time understanding the young lady.
Kevin HIt was very chaotic when I checked in, another guest was upset and speaking loudly at the associate. But the main issue is they only have 17ft trucks at the location (originally the young man said 15ft). However I was charged for a 20ft truck. Location knew about it. They were supposed to change my charge, they never did. I should be owed roughly $10, plus tax. My rental fee should have been $29.95. Instead it was $39.95. And my receipt shows I rented a 20 foot truck. It’s all very disorganized. I will not reserve a truck from this location again. Thank you.

Victoria WI received a charge for extra fuel. It was at the correct level. I also received a charge for damage. No explanation as to what this charge is for. If for missing blankets, never received the full order as noted on pickup.
HOWARD Jclerk at gas station waited on 5 patrons while he was trying to get me a truck , after I had registered on line , clerk took a picture of my debit card to send to his boss ( did not like that )rented 20 ' van appliance dolly and 12 moving blankets , only had 8 blankets most were wet

WILLIAM NI was never contacted by anyone before pickup. I went to the location I had checked in online for. When I arrived the UHaul place had no record. I was then sent to another location 30 minutes away. That UHaul place had no record.
DAVID CTook forever to actually get the vehicle once I arrived. I then get to the truck and there is a hole in the roof with rain in the forecast for the next few days. It was the only truck available so I was stuck with it. A lot of our things got wet.
Tyler LI was charged $157.50 for missing/damaged equipment when I dropped off the van. Called the 1-800-go-u-houl number to ask why I was charged this, because I paid for the Safe move plus and the dolly I rented was in the back of the truck. and the told me they did not have any details it was done by the location I dropped the van of at, and gave me a file number and said I would receive a call in 24-48 hours. Never received a call, but got an email saying that the money would be refunded. it has been three days and the money still has not been refunded to my card. In my opinion the fact that I was charged this money the supposedly refunded it with no explanation if very shady. I moved from Texas to Georgia and the move was very expensive. If I did not pay such close attention to my statements this could have been easily. I feel like the drop off location was trying to pull a fast one.
CODY DDid not get the truck I reserved even though it was reserved a week in advance. Was over charged then charged additional fees that make no since. The truck was in good condition; other than that the experience was only slightly better than horrible. Would recommend anyone else using the service, subpar need to do better.

Michael SMy original reservation was for a location closer to my home, but this location did not have the 20 ft. truck I reserved so I was transferred to Madison GA. I personally visited the Madison location the day before my rental to be sure all was in order. They said it was. When I arrived the next day to pick up the truck and moving blankets, they said they only had 3 blankets, not the 12 I had ordered. I went to the location of my original Uhaul reservation location and picked up 12 blankets. They were very helpful there..
