Craig EHad no internet to make my contract at time of pick up. Still charged me for equipment they did not have at site, even though I made the order to have them. Refund made but why was it even added if it was “fix” before I even left and contract had to be done later. Changed my drop off location at a site 15 miles away from where I indicated. All of these issues needed several calls to “correct” which basically made me have to waste my time to deal with their mistakes.
RON HThis location was not bad - it was just out in the middle of no where. I was very surprised to be redirected to this location and definitely had trouble finding it.
Elliott MOne person on site who knew nothing about the order. He had to call "tim" who was offsite at Birthday party. I was charged 293.10 by Tim for dropping at the wrong location, because they did not look closely at the order which said auto trailer would be dropped in Oak Harbor at Magee Marina and the truck would be dropped off in Northfield, OH. I did get the refund for the 293.10 they charged me, but it took the help of Dean in Arizona!!!!!!!! The whole thing was a nightmare and I ONLY knew of the 293.10 because I get alerts on my phone when my credit card is used.

Brian LThe location is a marina and campground. Their computers would not work on the u-haul system. They did not have the appliance dolly I had reserved. It took close to an hour to get the truck and get out of there. The guy who brought the truck to us was smoking while in the truck.
Jeff MI dropped off my truck after hours. No clear visible signage of a drop box. Called the office only voice mail. Called the 800 number recording to check in truck on line. whent to web site, it was down for maintenance. called the 800 number back on hold for over 15 min. i had to get my 2 helpers back to Columbus so i left ,locked the keys in cab of truck. On way home the 800 personal gets on line with me. She starts the check in process and saids to leave keys at drop box. already locked keys in cab of truck and miles away by now. So all in all it cost me and extra $50 for them to retrieve the keys from locked cab of truck.

Clayton WThis wasnt our original pickup location. This location was fine, but the service of u haul online check in was horrible and it took over 3 hours to get our truck. Extremely unhappy with the service and the entire process. I will never use it again, and will be sure to share my terrible experience.
