This location and the people working it were excellent and knowledgeable. The haul company is another story. While my appt to pick up was at 8am I wasn't able to leave until 9:10am due to hauls system was offline and we couldn't check out. While I waited, two movers were sitting in my driveway ready to work but with the system downtime and the 20 minute drive to get back home because haul called before to tell me this was the only place to pick up the truck and car hauler. At the end of the day I paid them another hours worth of time that haul declined to pay even due their own negligence. Not a customer service shop at all. Local folks were awesome. Uhaul...terrible
