The Magee's are the friendlies people. Their station is always extremely clean and uniformed. The trailer are always clean and free of dirt and debris. I rent trailers from them quite a bit, and I will never go anywhere else unless they close or circumstances force me too...Jeffrey D.

Magees helped me out tremendously when every Louisiana U-Haul location couldn't follow through on my reservation. Magees was able to get me set up and were very accommodating, working with me for a pick up time that allowed me to not alter my original moving plans.Chase B.

I received better services at this location the Uhaul service for 1303 W 7th Street were VERY unprofessional, after waiting over 30 minutes before reaching check out and starting my paperwork they gave my 26 foot Uhaul to the lady sitting next to me I was not happy camper being i was told "O" that's how things happen!!!!! And I still haven't received my $50 credit nor my $40 refund. Lesson learned reservations didn't mean anything to these people.wanda C.
I had trouble securing a Uhaul truck in our region, and an agent at another location found me a truck at McGee's. From the beginning of my contact with them, they were helpful, friendly, and did not let me down. They remembered who I was when I called. Excellent service in a stressful time.Victoria B.

The only issue I had was that the gas wasn't on 1/2 tank at pickup. Only had 1/4 of tank. Was in Hurry, couldn't turn around once I notice. But overall great experienceMarvin G.

they need to listen and have people that knows how to work the system because i was double charged for the truck and the transports. I still havent recieved my refund back from the transport. the transporters wasnt maintained therefore we had a hardtime which made me late turning in the trailer.celestestein C.

Tires were below pressure causing problems on the road. The cargo area had sand on the floor from previous rental smelled like crawfish. Sand in the cab area also. CLEAN THE RENTALS THOROUGHLY AFTER RETURNS. CHECK TIRE PRESSURES. I HAD TWO THAT WERE 30LBS UNDER.James J.

I reserved a truck last week and I went through the Express Check-in process the day before I needed the truck. I went to pick up the truck at the location specified, and there wasn't a truck there. I had to travel back 20 miles, past a place I had already driven by, just to pick up a truck. I had people scheduled to help me move, and this change threw off the schedule for my entire day. The worst part was inconveniencing people who were helping me. No one called to let me know of this issue beforehand, and no one had an explanation. On top of this, I had to pay for the gas to fill up the truck for the extra mileage from having to pick it up further away than I had scheduled. Overall, this was a very poor experience for me, and service was not good at all. People I talked with over the phone were very short, and did not care to speak with me.Andrew S.

The owner was so confrontational we were having to pick up 56 miles away from where we originally reserved the lady on the phone from Jackson was very rude. We get there finally 2 hrs late and this man was so wanting a confrontation my husband was so upset at him! My husband went to fill it up walked around seen damage that wasn't ever shown to us stops back by and all the man would say was You have insurance don't you! Well yes sir we do but we're not gonna report it to our insurance company for something we didn't do! He was so unprofessional I will never return there EVER!Shari L.

The ppl here has very poor customer service skills they treat they customer like trash talk to u any kinda way didn't give me no paper contract to even know what my gas mileage need to be upon return didn't know what time to return the truck I was so nervous in there how he watch me like I was a criminal or something Mr. Ronnie Magee has a very nasty attitude and I'm leaving this comment on behalf of my fiancÃ© Brian Badon because I was on the phone the whole time and I witnessed how he was treated I wouldn't refer this location to a enemy better yet a animal cause that's what he treats his customers like I have never went through this with no other uhaul location I was over charged for the smallest truck u can possibly rent all because I didn't have a contract to even know what time to return the truck nor gas mileage so unprofessionalBrian B.

Please advise your reservation lady to notify customers that the u haul truck will not be picked up at the brookhaven business. It was a good thing I went by her office the day before to obtain info as to where I was to pick up the keys. I found out I had to go to Tylertown.Roy B.
We dropped off on a Sunday evening, earlier than scheduled, and the business was closed. When I called on Monday morning to let them know that the trailer was dropped off, the lady seemed a little put off. Not sure if I did something wrong by dropping it off early.
