What I reserved was not available even after a person from U-Haul called me to change the size of trailer I asked for in the first place only to show up and the Dolly I needed wasn’t available

Taneisha CThey switched my pick up location and put me 20 extra miles over where I was going to be and would not give me a credit even though I returned the truck with a 1/2 tank more had than I got it with! Completely disgusted with uhaul!!
