Senaida KUpon later testing the driver's side turn signal/brake like was not working. I unplugged and replugged the connector at the car and it started to work. But upon return the problem seemed to resurface.

Lester HTheir a RIP off . Over charged me and then put $25 dollars worth of gas in it when it was already on a fourth of a tank of gas and charged me for it. When the guy clearly walked in after putting gas in the Van that i was told was $19.95 for a day and told his boss he put it on a half a tank of gas. The Boss/owner said someone was going to have to pay for the gas because he wasnt. Acted like he was going to cut me a deal but over charged me. I brought to his attention why would he put half a tank of gas when it is only suppose to have 1/4th in it when you rent the truck out it is suppose to have a quarter of a tank and it didnt even have that when i got it. It was on empty and i showed him the photos i took of dash when i rented it and brought it back to show proof of the gas needle and mileage before and after. My paperwork was all wrong. They have so many people in their handling the paperwork and in and out the office and their talking to everyone else except the customer. Its a very unprofessional place. Not a place i would ever recommend anyone to rent a UHaul from because they try to distract you to keep you from seeing their over charging you. Pocketing the cash when their supposedly cutting you a deal.
heather jMagee Auto & Detailing staff very helpful and friend. The problem I had was with the Jackson office. I never received a call like they said about my rental. The did not or could not get my required rental locally (i.e. within the city or county). I had to go to another county (about 30 miles away to get it). I was charged mileage from the rental place and back, which was about 30 miles each way and in another county. The company sent me to this location out of town and charged me and called it a local rental. It was not local if I had to go 30 miles out of city and county limits to pick up the truck. Called Jackson office and the Manager there was very rude. Asked for District Manager name who was not in. Called back and could never speak to District Manager. Manager on site noted my account according the the Magee Auto & Detailing that I was questioning about having to be charged this. Very unhappy with U-Haul for this and I asked could that be waived.

Wanda NThe Magee's are the friendlies people. Their station is always extremely clean and uniformed. The trailer are always clean and free of dirt and debris. I rent trailers from them quite a bit, and I will never go anywhere else unless they close or circumstances force me too...
Jeffrey DMagees helped me out tremendously when every Louisiana U-Haul location couldn't follow through on my reservation. Magees was able to get me set up and were very accommodating, working with me for a pick up time that allowed me to not alter my original moving plans.
Chase BID was not checked to be sure I was who I said I was and clerk was very inattentive, stayed on the telephone the entire time I was there. Was just handed contract and told where tow dolly was located- nothing more.
Tammy HI received better services at this location the Uhaul service for 1303 W 7th Street were VERY unprofessional, after waiting over 30 minutes before reaching check out and starting my paperwork they gave my 26 foot Uhaul to the lady sitting next to me I was not happy camper being i was told "O" that's how things happen!!!!! And I still haven't received my $50 credit nor my $40 refund. Lesson learned reservations didn't mean anything to these people.
wanda cI had trouble securing a Uhaul truck in our region, and an agent at another location found me a truck at McGee's. From the beginning of my contact with them, they were helpful, friendly, and did not let me down. They remembered who I was when I called. Excellent service in a stressful time.

harvey ythey need to listen and have people that knows how to work the system because i was double charged for the truck and the transports. I still havent recieved my refund back from the transport. the transporters wasnt maintained therefore we had a hardtime which made me late turning in the trailer.
celestestein cTires were below pressure causing problems on the road. The cargo area had sand on the floor from previous rental smelled like crawfish. Sand in the cab area also. CLEAN THE RENTALS THOROUGHLY AFTER RETURNS. CHECK TIRE PRESSURES. I HAD TWO THAT WERE 30LBS UNDER.

Steven CI reserved a truck last week and I went through the Express Check-in process the day before I needed the truck. I went to pick up the truck at the location specified, and there wasn’t a truck there. I had to travel back 20 miles, past a place I had already driven by, just to pick up a truck. I had people scheduled to help me move, and this change threw off the schedule for my entire day. The worst part was inconveniencing people who were helping me. No one called to let me know of this issue beforehand, and no one had an explanation. On top of this, I had to pay for the gas to fill up the truck for the extra mileage from having to pick it up further away than I had scheduled. Overall, this was a very poor experience for me, and service was not good at all. People I talked with over the phone were very short, and did not care to speak with me.
