Provide the vehicle that was asked for. I requested a 9’ cargo van but one wasn’t available. Don’t promise if you can’t deliver. Had to accept an alternate truck covered in ice. Don’t rent a truck that has been sitting in freezing rain and not thawed out. Rear door was frozen shut so totally useless. Your staff could not open the door when I returned the vehicle. I was charged mileage to return a truck that couldn’t be loaded. Your employee said I should have checked the frozen door before leaving (my fault) when I requested a refund. Should I check the oil and tire pressure for you to? Hire staff that are reasonably fluent in English. Your front desk person had to FaceTime someone to explain what to do in Arabic. Not the best image that your customers want to see. I was moving to a new home and had to scramble to find another vehicle. There should be a full refund forthcoming.
Robert MStaff that I dealt wth was nice. The only thing I found it dificult is accessing the contract because it require you to download the app and and create a log in password.
Nestor PU-Haul took more money in my account that they were supposed to. WHY?????
Beatrice TCustomer rep was very quiet and not very communicative. Left me to determine what I should be doing. Did no physical walk around the van with me either at pick up or drop off.

Kelly PThe van was FILTHY. No one inspected the vehicle with me before I left and no one looked at it when I returned it. I was too busy to go back in and complain on pickup but complained about it being fiilhy when I returned it less than 48 hours later. The guy just picks up his cell and calls somone speaking in a foreign language. No apology. Didn't say let's go look at it. Nothing. Then they charged me $50 for cleaning it. No way I am paying for that. No one should use this rental pick up location.
Sandra KThe dealer could be more hands on with the customer at pickup. Also the return of the rental was not done the way I think it should have been. They was no signoff that the unit was brought back clean and full of fuel and the unit was free of any damage. The keys were handed back to the retailer and we were instructed everything was good and we could leave.
Keith FI booked Monday and when arrived was told that the only person who knew how to was at a doctors appointment. Had to wait an extra 30 minutes when it was a time sensitive matter

Michael LMake sure the greeter can speak English, have the person who does the contract arrive close to the time set for pick up. Clean the damed truck
RONALD MGiven to me dirty and half empty. Returned with more fuel than half and then charged me for DROPS of coffee which I offered to wipe up with a wet nap. Waited over an hour while the owner went and grabbed parts for his side hustle. Complete joke of a service. Thanks for nothing and will definitely pass this along to all of my fellow delivery service operators
Matt PThe agent at the location tried to add insurance coverage. Then I asked him to remove it he lied to me and told me required to have to even tho I have my own insurance.
KEITH WI booked a 20 ft truck for 9am with cell phone pick-up. There was no key. Found out it was not prepared for mobile pick up. I didn't want o wait an hour for the place to open so was given a 26ft truck which was hard to drive. It would be nice to get exactly what you booked.
Dana SPlease look up my original drop off location. It was Tays Foods. I went there to drop off the truck. The clerk there had no idea what I was talking about. He said he knew nothing about uhaul! There was even another uhaul truck parked there. This was very close and convenient to my house. Now I had to scramble to where I had to drop off the truck. I went to another outlet, but they told me I couldn’t return the truck there because I would get a fee charged for wrong location. Extremely frustrating!
Greg JThey closed an hour early, so we had to do an after hours drop off. They didn't charge us for it though.
