They didn't know what they were doing the equipment was dirty and damaged and the staff was hugely unhelpful. Chard $500 over the Quote didn't have the reserved equipment didn't change drop off per my request they should lose there affiliation. This was a shit whole fly by night clearly drug den and has lead to me never using your crappy company again if that's what you allow!!!ANDREA H.

Owner yelled cussed and threatened me even following me outside. Kept telling me he wasn't U-Haul and that I couldn't leave the truck there. I had to complete the drop.off online which was difficult because I no longer had the keys and the truck was locked but I didn't feel safe going back inside. He didn't want to accept the truck when I told him the tires were no good and the truck needed work before it could be leased out again. He kept calling me a "Karen" and a "Direry Woman Whore Bitch" amongst many other names when Intold him I wasn't going to.make arrangements to drop the truck off elsewhereTAMMY T.

I was charged an extra 36 miles on my credit card due to improper/fraudulent standard procedure. Being an x-employee of U-haul I questioned their checkout process and was told they don't verify milage out or damage assessment and was given a key with no contract or receipt therefore I took pictures of the truck and miles-out dashboard for my proof prior to leaving location. Upon my return I was told I'd receive an email with the charges and once again I did not get a receipt/contract. Before leaving I told the young lady that I am a former employee of U-haul and that this entire process is not proper procedure and that both your business and the customer should have some form of paperwork to avoid fraud which can result in a lawsuit. (Fortunate for me, I took pictures and have the time-stamped proof of their fraudulent behavior - and fortunate for them that I haven't any intention to taking the matter any further than re-compensation 🤔 ??Lon R.

Poor customer service from DCF soil lead me to thus location, where the service was great but the rental had a ruptured gas tank. I have tried several attempts to get reimbursed for my troubles with this whole rental and Uhaul still has yet to help me out.. this will be the last time I rent with Uhaul as they do not value there customers.Ruben S.
