staff did not prepare the truck correctly. no appliance dolly. worker had difficulties getting me checked in, used app instead and then worker did not know the combo for the lock on truck . Truck is also in difficult location compared to store. It was not in parking lot but in the back of the strip mall. Instead of guiding me through there back door, I had to walk more than 1/4 mile around strip mall to just get to the truck. then no appliance dolly! called store and worker said they dont carry any extra equipment and i would have to go find one somewhere else.. Why would it show that they have it but not. Had to drive additional 10 miles to get one and then not even compensated for the extra miles driven. Dont go to this store

Timothy BWe were in the actual store over an hour. That was after I made reservations online. The lady was not familiar with the process and had to call 2 different people to ask for assistance. We had to give the employee our information at least 5 times. Finally I believe the owner was able to complete our reservation on his end. I've rented with Uhaul multiple times and never have I had this much trouble renting a truck. It put us behind on starting our moving process, nit to mention it was 106° that day. Im Very dissatisfied
ANGELA DI rented a utility dolly with the truck and there was no dolly included inside the truck even though I was charged 7 dollars. I ended spending more money on buying my own dolly because I had to move the evening I rented the Uhaul and it was too late to get a rented dolly. Very dissatisfied.

Wanda HAfter arriving at this location to return my truck… I quickly realized that there was no key dropbox anywhere at the business, or even a mail slot to return the key. I then called U-Haul again, and attempted to talk to someone on how to return the key, but was not connected to anybody for well over 30 minutes. Eventually, I had to wait until the business opened, and then gave the key to the employee. This was highly inconvenient and caused me to miss my previously scheduled dentist appointment.
Mark HI reserved a 10ft with dolly and blankets. I was charged and did not receive. I arrived at 10am took me 40 minutes to try to get approved. finally I get approved and I have to go around to the Mail center where a lady took another 20 min to get me the key. .she had no idea what she was doing, the keys were sitting in front of her and she kept looking somewhere else, I told her the movers were at my house waiting and she said she was lost...it was the craziest thing..I pointed out key to her and she said "oh yes" geez...it was a nightmare all around...go somewhere else..incompetent and no respect for a person's time. Moving is stressful enough...I had to borrow a neighbors dolly...it was horrible

donna kI had no service around your building so I couldn’t use the app and set the allocation of the truck and because of that I got charged an extra $20 so you guys can check in the truck
STEPHEN GNone of the equipment I ordered was In the truck abs the employee didn’t come to work that day nor did her location carry any additional equipment on site. I had to go to multiple uhaul locations and eventually found someone that had one appliance dolly and 12 furniture pads- still not what I ordered and proceeded to charge me for the items but did not do a new contract.
Samantha Bthe lady manager was very nice and helpful- a couple of things that i believe is not under her control- 1. all the padlocks did not open with the given codes, so I spent a lot of time and ended up using a larger truck that had a key padlock 2. the phone for the location is wrong on the internet

MELISSA CMy uhaul ended up costing much more than it should have. I was overcharged for an extra day.
ADRIENNE TI had an 8:30 reservation to pick up the vehicle. The location did not open until 10am. Not sure why you would allow someone to make a reservation for a vehicle if the pick up location is closed. It was a big inconvenience
