The process with the app was confusing, and time consuming
Felipe DI would rate it “excellent”, but it wasn’t clear on the email that it was non-contact pick-up and return. I love the “self serve” type of offering, but if I only knew what to expect.

QUINTIN IThe only problem I had with the vehicle was initially I was unable to open the lock! I used the code provided, but the mechanism wouldn’t open. I tried to call the customer service line but was told there was a 15 to 20 minute wait to speak with someone. I continued to fiddle with the lock and was ultimately able to get it open.
