The employees who work at this location are friendly and helpful. Ashley from City Haulers and the moving helpers were all nice and did an excellent job with carefully loading/unloading my furniture and other items. They were honest and personable too!

Kevin MI had to go to 3 locations to find a truck that wasn’t already spoken for. That was kind of aggravating. Then the air conditioner wasn’t working but I was told if I turned that in I wouldn’t get the truck, but thankfully it started working on my way to pick up the furniture I was hauling. I’m not sure about the drop off the man just asked for the keys and said that was all he needed from me. In this day and age I just don’t trust people anymore and this was a very different experience.

Jessica MThey charged me for 3 gallons of gas. I drive 10 miles total with no idle time and put 2 gallons of gas in it before returning. I do not like being stolen from and will no longer do any business with u-haul if this situation is not corrected.

I took a picture of the fuel gauge when I first got in the truck, and when I brought it back and the owner of this store tried to tell me that I didn’t bring it back to the same level which was bull crap the picture showed it.

Kathleen JCustomer service was great but they were understaffed with one person to handle 8 potential customers. I waited 45 minutes just to drop the truck off and get it checked in. I now know that uhaul has a drop box, 45 minutes too late.
Geno OI requested and paid for an appliance dolly, but received a regular dolly. This made me changed around everything that I was moving that day as I didn't have time to wait for the store to open. This is why I did the 24hr pick up.

Jay TThe utility dolly and pads were not in the truck for early pick up, causing a 2 hour delay to the planned work which resulted in extra costs for hourly-paid moving help. Uhaul staff worked hard to locate rented dolly and pads, and a second trip was made to pick them up to complete the move.

Nicholas BMaybe just more confirmation when you reserve a 24/7 mobile pick up. Mine was confirmed but when I got there it said I had to wait an extra two hours and then I got sent to another location.

Yona CBoth owners of Mail Log had very poor people and communication skills. Huge disagreement regarding insurance. Very discriminatory about “insurance coverage” and “young people like myself” don’t get insurance and that usually they wouldn’t have rented to me if I didn’t purchase insurance in which I did not select insurance to begin with. There is a way you talk to people and both owners did not handle the situation in a professional manner AT ALL. You talk TO people not AT them. I highly recommend NOT to rent from them.

SHEREE WThe truck windshield was extremely dirty. I would recommend this location mostly as a back-up as it had very little equipment available.
Steve LDo not move the UHaul around multiple times in the day before and day of. Some of those times, we didn’t even get a notification. Had to drive to three locations before we got to the right one. Also, not sure why the size was upgraded so much. Made it more difficult to drive and was completely unnecessary considering we already booked a 20’ truck and expected that it would be reserved for us.
