they quoted us one price over the phone and then added extra charges to our reservation without telling us. They even charged us more than the amount listed because the system told them to “collect” more than the amount listed. When I returned the equipment I got an emailed receipt showing a refund that I was never given. it was a $20 difference and that’s crazy

I was able to make an appointment for 1230 the place didn’t open until one. The owner didn’t get there till 110. The keys were not in the lock box. I want a refund or a partial refund.

MarkKejuan TThis place was the most unprofessional place I have ever been. The 2 workers were arguing and cussing each other. Employee had attitude with me and other patrons. One employee was yelling “f*ck trump” I would have left if I didn’t need the uhaul truck. And to think this was an ups store too!! I have nothing good to say about the employees, or the poor condition of the store.
