The facility was closed when I returned the truck, it was Saturday about 4pm, so I can't rate the personnel. However, the process for returning the rental on the U-Haul App is terrible! I kept being asked for my location, which I had given permission in the U-Haul App, it stated having to take and submit photos of the rental but no place I saw to take/submit the photos. Just a bad overall experience with the return process on the U-Haul App. I locked the truck and dropped the keys in the drop box and left. I called Customer Service to let them know my experience and not to be charged any additional fees.
John BHad internet issues making the pick and drop off painful with extended time loading photos and filling out online documents but other than that everything was great.

AMANDA mI was set up for online pu and the app would not work at the truck location and set us back an hour! The store owner intervened and got the process completed on his end and went above and beyond for me. He was fantastic!!!!

Michael MSend link to fill out all information needed prior to arriving and finding out you have to fill out all this information on your phone. We sat there for over a half hour with a sketchy service because we are behind buildings were the UHauls are located and the site was extermely slow. It would have been much easier to have done this at home the night before and finish the last of it once we arrived as far as what the pictures we had to match up as far as the truck we were renting. Also, Mail 'n More lets you know where the truck is located and explains on where to pick and how to pick up the key. There is a key drop off box located beside the key pick up area. The key drop of box I would suggest replacing because the lid looks like it is ready to fall in the box. Other than that once we were done access was easy and to return was easy.

Brian MMobile app did not work and took half an hour to get the keys for the truck. Only to find out that they had put the wrong key in the box. And then spent another 15 minutes with someone on the phone going through all the boxes to find a key I could use for another truck that was smaller. And then requested a discount for all the hassle when dropping off because again the mobile app did not work. I didn't get a discount and will never use a pickup with the mobile app again. I am very dissatisfied with my experience.
ANNE KHonestly am disappointed. The approval process for phone pick up took nearly 40 minutes of my reservation time. I did get to my pick up location about 10 minutes late, but I wasn’t driving out of the parking lot with the UHaul until 1:40pm. Supposedly my headshot didn’t prove I had my own drivers license or vice versa but nonetheless I paid for 4 hour reservation and got 3 hours and 20 minutes of using the UHaul because the approval process took too long. I would recommend UHaul use as long as NOT doing the pick up by phone process or if doing phone pick up get to your location early in case you have same issues I had.

Nolan PFirst p CK up location was the wrong location. Not the pick up location I requested and was originally told. Location of pick up was changed and not communicated well. Truck was stuck in mud and ice and had to be towed. The tow truck showed up quickly but we were told it could be 2 hours. We ordered blankets but there were none. Website was ridiculously difficult to use. It is not the first time we used U-Haul and had a terrible experience. No help at the pick up location either.

Danielle BI rented U hauls many times over the years, it use to be a simple process with a LIVE person helping you. I do not own a smart phone, I had to get another family member to go along with me to help with the process using their smart phone. I will never rent a U haul again since it is this difficult now, my location was "closed" on the day I needed to rent a truck but actually they were open but not for truck rental business. very poor set up. So much for modern times. I'll just go to Home depot next time and deal with a real person.

Donald SPlease get rid of mobile pickup. I will drive 30 minutes to rent from Budget next time just to avoid that system. It is the worst customer service tool in history.
Steve HAfter 1 month I'm still waiting on m $50 reservation guarantee reimbursement. The original location with a reservation guarantee was unavailable so I needed an extra 20 miles of travel.

We rent frequently for work; we know the drill; we understand that this is the middle of a very busy moving season, however..... I could not get my reservation done on-line (your system should be reevaluated for flexibility). Called the 800#, the woman was super helpful: I would be picking up on Saturday in a Wilmington, DE location at 11:00am. Then I got notification the location changed to the Governor Printz Blvd location in Wilmington, which wasn't a big deal; we've been there many times. BUT, they time was changed to 11PM!! That was not okay. Not okay for our timing, and it's not okay to be in that location at that time. I know that, but you should NOT be directing anyone to that location at that time! Halfway to Wilmington we're talking to the 800# again (again, super nice and helpful), but the best they can do is a pick up in Coatesville, PA. I was in Delaware! That's 60+ minutes away. But we go. The UHaul part of Mail N More is closed, we have to use the app, there is no wifi and there is poor cell phone reception. I call the 800# again only to be told they would have to send me to ANOTHER location if we can't get the app to work!! We finally get the app running and it will not process the order all the way through. We call 800# again (now we are on hold for long periods) only to be told the app is having a glitch!! And we are fine to go. Really??!! This took hours to accomplish and really was not a good experience. IF you are going to have locations do remote check-ins, they HAVE to have wifi or good cell phone service so the app will work.
