Fast and easy pick up and drop off
JOHN CI switched from local to one way thinking I was going to save money. The rate went from roughly $20-$146 and the representative wasn’t trained enough to tell me why the rate changed so much his answer was it’s what’s on the computer screen

William RThe facility was closed when I returned the truck, it was Saturday about 4pm, so I can't rate the personnel. However, the process for returning the rental on the U-Haul App is terrible! I kept being asked for my location, which I had given permission in the U-Haul App, it stated having to take and submit photos of the rental but no place I saw to take/submit the photos. Just a bad overall experience with the return process on the U-Haul App. I locked the truck and dropped the keys in the drop box and left. I called Customer Service to let them know my experience and not to be charged any additional fees.
