There are too many steps required at pick up and drop off in the app. I had already entered information prior to my pick up such as my driver's license but it was not saved and I had to do it again. There were too many pictures to take and the app was not accepting them correctly and I had to contact support and they had to send me another link to make it work. There should have been a warning that it would take 20+ minutes to complete the pick up. By making me take the pictures it was shifting work that U-Haul staff could be doing onto me.

Fix the bugs in your app, don’t have the truck barricaded in by other vehicles, guarantee the truck at the location where the desired pick up originated.

JOHN CI switched from local to one way thinking I was going to save money. The rate went from roughly $20-$146 and the representative wasn’t trained enough to tell me why the rate changed so much his answer was it’s what’s on the computer screen
