Easier check out. U-Haul app should have check in and check out button on home page. When you are in extreme weather and having trouble with app check in it is miserably frustrating . The check out process was not so bad, but finding it after a weekend of moving exhaustion was awful.

To require a SafeMove that was not disclosed other than when I picked up was a cheap business practice. Had that be disclosed during the reservation process, I would have opted to use a rental car company.

Then they said the reservation they did was not right and had to redo it and then they called again and said it was still not right. Then they said they would give me a discount for my trouble and then they didn’t.
STEPHANIE MIf a customer arrives at 7 and you close at 7, just check them in. It takes 5 minutes . I was moving all day and had to do the QR code check in and it took me almost 15 minutes to check myself in. So now I’m probably going to get charged an “after hours drop” fee.
