System was down and the reservation for the truck was pushed back and the movers were waiting and I had to pay them for all the time they weren’t working also and the day carried on that much longer into the afternoon. The attendant was pleasant but also annoyed with the situation which was uncomfortable but I could understand why she was feeling that way but she was understaffed and over worked and they system issue messed her up and when I turned the truck in she could not take me in right away and she said that the truck read 1/3 of the tank and it was not when I left and she said since I didn’t have a picture it was too bad and she would have to charge me idk how much after putting gas in on the way back there. Also there was a homeless encampment back there by the U-Haul trucks. I don’t think I would recon that location or return there unless forced to do so otherwise.

JAVIER MEasier check out. U-Haul app should have check in and check out button on home page. When you are in extreme weather and having trouble with app check in it is miserably frustrating . The check out process was not so bad, but finding it after a weekend of moving exhaustion was awful.
