Absolutely horrible experience.My rental location was moved the day before my pick-up, and when I arrived the location was completely gutted, no one from U-Haul was present even though I was an in-person counter pick up, and I had not received any clothes for the lock boxes. I had called 3 hours before to confirm my reservation and that someone would be there at my pick up time, to which U-Haul agreed. The business next door said they had packed up and moved everything the night before. After 45 minutes on the phone with U-Haul running between the abandoned building and the parking lot, in which they told me they were not aware this was no longer a usable location, I was able to get codes to the lock boxes from an associate. The last lock box luckily had keys, but they were not for the truck I reserved. To make everything better, the gas tank was on E. Upon trying to do an after-hour mobile return on my phone, it said my reservation was no longer valid but that my truck was still "active" and unable to be returned. All-in-all, an absolutely horrible experience, and I will never use U-Haul again.

Jimmy ATires in the front were near bald on half the tread. Front bumper was damaged, steering wheel was 90 degrees from center. Check in process was almost an hour because you guys tried to charge me double. All around horrible experience!

GAYLON SOnly place to park was street-side, on a busy road. Parallel parking a U-Haul isn’t easy for those of us who don’t often drive one. Would have been helpful to know that prior to deciding to return there.
Melissa CFirst, our pick up time was changed from 9:30am to 11:00am. Then it took 1.5 hours to get truck because person was not able to get into system for reservation and people in charge was not answering the phones.
Mariah GI said the location overall was bad because of : it was hidden, located behind abandoned businesses. Luckily it was daylight when I dropped the truck off and I was with someone for safety. The business at the Winchester location was closed at the time. It would have been helpful if someone was there. But overall dropping it off was easy to do.
