Great customer service
EDGARDO VPaid for a 20’ truck and it seems that it needs to be inspected from outside and inside. The storage section had water leaking inside and caused my cardboard boxes to be destroyed before I could even get to the destination. There was heavy rain, but the water reached the very end of the storage where water should never have gotten in, unless there was a leak. Unfortunate, but despite this fact, vehicle did its job and everything worked out.
Juan MThe trailer was old and the handle to open the the back was rusted. There were better trailers on the lot but were blocked. I was even told to pull out the trailer and carry it to a location that I can hitch the trailer to my vehicle. When I put the trailer on to the hitch she said it’s ready. I then checked it and it came loose. She then said oh you need to tighten the top. The top was old and rusted that I could barely twist it tight. This was the worst experience I ever had at any U-Haul I have been to. Only reason I didn’t complain was that I need to get to my house for the movers to start loading.
LUIS MMrs. Gracie was Super Sweet, very knowledgeable, patient and explained the rental in detail including the insurance and fuel procedures. I would definitely Rent at this location because of her Great Customer Service and Hospitality. 5 STARS IN MY BOOK!

Delia JI arrived to the location 15 minutes before my pick up time and the employees weren’t even present. Even when they got there, the lady said “I’m waiting for someone to come and give you the keys” and I was confused about that. After 30 minutes I finally was able to drive off in the truck and I noticed in my statement I was over charged to what I was originally told from online and I don’t even know where to get an answer from.

NATALIF OI picked up a utility trailer to move 2 motorcycles. Based on the dimensions and anchor points inside, it would have worked perfectly, and it did, especially with the big loading ramp. Transporting the two bikes with the utility trailer was a breeze. My only gripe is that it was filthy. The previous people who rented it looks like they used the trailer I got to move sand or something, and no one bothered to clean it, because the whole floor of the trailer was covered in it. My two bikes were like new, clean and shiny. Now I gotta detail them because God knows where that dirt got into.

William PThe lady charged me $50 extra. She said it was for insurance which I declined on my reservation. It was supposed to be $170 and ended up being $220. She also did not give me a receipt. She did email the rental agreement but nothing with the amount I paid. I was not real happy seeing as how your rates have gone up OVER 100%. Her charging me more than my agreed upon amount was uncalled for. I HAD to have the trailer because I’d traveled 500 miles to pick up a shipment. There were no other trailers available. I feel like she knew I had no choice but to take it. Not happy. And I’m a LONG time customer with UHaul.
Delia Wcustomer service was horrible, the owner(i guess) was rude and snarky. insinuating that i had broken the A/C on the rental truck. when i responded that i didnt and had barely noticed that it was not functioning she rolled her eyes. the facility was cluttered with baby item (i.e playpen, toys etc) the employees werent even there a nanny taking care of a baby was there and had to call the employee from the restuarant next door. then they called another resturant employee to hook up the transport hitch. the transport did not fit my vehicle. i lost a full day of work and left my vehicle because of this issue. One thing that i am grateful for is that my work will be handling u-haul rentals in the future. this experience taught me how NOT act and be diligent in making sure the equipment is proper working condition and mindful of the customers needs.

fred zDo not chose this location! The service was bad. Since the moment me and my husband walked in to the moment me and my husband turned the u haul in. They wanted to charge us for every little thing. They lady claimed the uhaul was missing $2 of gas and for that reason they charged us $17 after we had already put gas. It is ridiculous. The place is very unprofessional. When they called me you can hear kids crying and you could hear them having a whole other conversation while trying to conversate with you. I would not recommend this to anyone!!!!!! The 1800 # on the other hand was very helpful. They helped me better over the phone.
