Vehicle gas tank was close to empty so I had to gas it up immediately. Vehicle was poorly maintained. Graffiti all over the side. Drivers door doesn’t close properly unless you really slam it super hard. When I returned the vehicle the attendant didn’t come back out to the vehicle to inspect it before I left

EUGENE MIf you give a truck on an empty tank of gas and you take it back to U-Haul with more fuel than started with, I think the funds of fuel should be reimbursed to user as we must return to you with amount that was there when rented.

DOCK CThe Uhaul had a leak in the gas tank. When we went to fill up the tank gas was literally pouring out onto the ground. I honestly feel we should have been 100% compensated for the gas we purchased. When I told the man who worked their upon returning my rental he said "it happens all the time" , "they drill holes under the gas tank and steal the gas" he didn't apologize for an unsafe drive or anything. This was very disheartening.

Randall JThe location did not have a parking space weren’t suitable for 15-feet UHaul truck (more like for compact sized cars). Parking spaces also weren’t marked as U-haul return parkings. When returning the truck after hour, we had no one to ask to confirm we’re at the right location. We simply had to trust the App and went through the steps of taking photos.

ALBERT TOperator David F, is a very unprofessional individual. I called David as we were heading to his location. Upon arrival we parked the 10' truck, called him because it was unclear as to the return process. He decided to meet us at the area where the uhaul truck are parked. When he walked up to us and immediately asked if we hit anything....? We stared at him at told hol to look at the truck...he then said I am telling a joke...strange! He walked the exterior of the truck and got in and read the odometer. He then walked away from us and started looking at another uhaul truck...strange. I walked over to him and asked for a final recipe confirmation. He said ill get it later....I said once you get to your storefront? He said yeah! We drove our vehicle to the storefront and he had not made it back yet. A couple of minutes later he arrived and another customer walked up at the same time. He opened the business and we walked in the building. Opetator David F, ignored me and attempted to service the other customer. I called him on this and he said "im with a customer ". I said YES, YOU ARE...ME! Along the complete interaction...David F, has completely given Racist Vibes! He didn't want to service me properly by finalizing my transaction without my demanding he service me! He rolled his eyes, looked up at the ceiling and acted like he was trying to lower his temper....a totally unprofessional individual! He walked to the uhaul computer system and slowly entered the info he gathered from his cell phone. He printed a copy of a zero balance for my rental. Handed it to me and we left. In my opinion....he is contrary to uhaul branding, and may need additional training.

The only challenge I had was that the website identified the pickup location at 33175 Temecula Pkwy Ste A Temecula, CA 92592, while the text messages provided the correct location of 31165 Temecula Pkwy Ste 3, Temecula, CA 92592. A little confusing and a little extra driving, but beyond that a good outcome.
David BThe location representative was helpful however, I was left stranded for 3 hours due to the uhauls ignition locking up and I was still charged full price, I find that a little unacceptable.
