The gentleman inside the gas station multi-tasked greatly with the never ending customers coming to him. He got me set up under 10mins and the 26footer was clean and ready to go. He was courteous and handled business nicely. Will definitely recommend that they get more

BARRY Cprice was much higher than anticipated
EBONY LI'm being nice with the Yes on was the equipment clean and well maintained. I wouldn't say it was dirty, but it wasn't clean. There was a questionable repair on the roof, fortunately no rain so I didn't have to find out if it was okay. Tires were brand new. Overall it worked well. Staff is quick and easy to work with. Location always has plenty of equipment to rent.
KINSER HThe office was inside a BP gas station. There was no signage indicating that. It was confusing.
ROBERT SI don't think you could improve to much on this location for pick up & drop off . The clerk that took care of my transaction, did a very professional job.

Tyler WCan't understand why there are two U-Haul rental places within one block of each other. Also had difficulty understanding workers that could not speak. Very good English
David NThe amount charged was the estimate and not actual miles. I was overcharged.
AMANDA PPick up location is a gas station with convenience store. There is no dedicated U-Haul office or specific U-Haul rental agent. Therefore it is best to pick up at a time when they are not too busy. They make it work. The employees are helpful, and knowledgeable about the rental process.
