BILLY CI dropped off after hours. I don't have much to say about the location."We're the personnel helpful" is irrelevant, but I'm supposed to answer yes or no, so okay. There COULD BE a "Not Applicable" option. However.... the overall experience ONLINE has been AWFUL. The U-haul app has been down for three days now, even though it's supposedly being fixed. I could not do anything via the app. I have received broken links via text. There was NEVER a text with proper information. I am VERY disappointed in the behind the scenes portion of this rental.
