I'm being nice with the Yes on was the equipment clean and well maintained. I wouldn't say it was dirty, but it wasn't clean. There was a questionable repair on the roof, fortunately no rain so I didn't have to find out if it was okay. Tires were brand new. Overall it worked well. Staff is quick and easy to work with. Location always has plenty of equipment to rent.

I don't think you could improve to much on this location for pick up & drop off . The clerk that took care of my transaction, did a very professional job.

Can't understand why there are two U-Haul rental places within one block of each other. Also had difficulty understanding workers that could not speak. Very good English

The amount charged was the estimate and not actual miles. I was overcharged.

Pick up location is a gas station with convenience store. There is no dedicated U-Haul office or specific U-Haul rental agent. Therefore it is best to pick up at a time when they are not too busy. They make it work. The employees are helpful, and knowledgeable about the rental process.
