I found them to be very disorganized and not very helpful when I went to pick up the truck. I anticipated maybe a few minutes to do paperwork so I got there 15 minutes early. I had already done everything ahead of time and had to redo it when I got there so I was behind on schedule with the movers. it took me 30 minutes to complete the paperwork. Also, emails were sent after the scheduled time to pick up the truck so I didn’t get it till the next day The charge was 125 and it ended up being $190 when they added in all the extra charges.

The staff didn't know how to hook up trailers. Fortunately I did. I had to hook it up myself. Then they took a picture.

This was a gas station drop off location but had a lot of trucks and a few trailers. Drop off was easy but person had no idea how to unhook the trailer. I did not need help but my worry is if someone is renting a trailer and needs help then she won’t know how to help. However, the directions are provided in the paperwork given when renting.

Belle (store employee) was very professional and extremely courteous. She was very helpful with the rental process and made sure the trailer was hooked up properly and that all of the lights were in working order.

Bed of truck was dirty upon pickup, dirtying all of my items. Truck was misaligned as well. Harder to drive. Cement left overs probably from a previous user. Wasted a lot of time having to do my best to clean the bed, but also had to waste time cleaning all my items.
