The button on the end of the shift shift knob button for tow package you have to push it every time you start the truck. I got worse, gas mileage until I figured it out.

However, for the actual truck I was issued, I was surprisingly disappointed to learn that with today's technology on vehicles, this truck lacked a backup camera, lacked parking sensors and lacked blind spot monitor. Given that most every person who rents a U-Haul truck normally does not drive trucks and that they are usually driving them for long distances. U-Haul as company should only rent trucks with all of today's safety technology on the truck.
Timothy HI was charge for an extra day, which I did not have the truck less than 24 hours. I dropped it off in the morning when the store was closed. They charged my card for extra day which is still on my debit card I called the store numerous times and the manager was rude and never called me back when he said he was calling me back. I’m very irritated about the $47.90 they charge me extra on the mistake on their end.
