There was an outage right when I needed to pick up my truck. I was stuck for 40 minutes unable to do the checkout process on the truck in the app. it just looped me in circles. I called the local number and was promised a call back but did not receive one. I called the customer service number and it wouldn't even let me wait in queue. It just said there was a technical issue and to call back in 45 minutes. On top of that I had to do a verification at the pickup location. it added another 10 minute delay to my pickup time. I had people waiting around to help me move. Overall the experience was terrible and I will think twice about using uhaul again.
