Location requires you to park on street and leave key in an unsecured mailbox. Was lead to believe when selecting location that it was a secured UHaul Drop Off Location. Owner of business is very professional, yet key drop-off was not in person leaving me uncomfortable in verifying that our drop-off was complete.

The U-Haul was parked in the worst location and it was an awful experience picking it up. We didn’t get an email with the code to the U-Haul until we called to get it. Stop letting them be a U-Haul dealer.
